Brothers Gas has recently awarded IGAS the ‘Engineering Design, Project Management, Equipment (part), Testing and Commissioning’ contract for their new cylinder filling plant in Ajman, UAE.

The scope includes the full engineering, design, filling equipment, installation supervision and Commissioning to fill Industrial & Medical gases in pallets, bundles and single cylinders to settled pressures up to 300 bar with pure and mixed gases. Gulf Gas Pipelines & Installations, who are the execution arm and partner of iGAS in the Middle East region, will undertake the project execution and will deliver the Turnkey Contract. The systems include our latest ‘iVolve10’ technology to productively fill cylinders. This latest system incorporates over a year’s worth of development to enable iGAS to offer more flexible, packaged (Plug & Play) systems at significantly lower capital costs. IGAS were chosen due to our experience in delivering cylinder filling technology and turnkey projects worldwide; utilising cost effective and advanced technology and design.
